'I must say, I had an amazing and relaxing stay at Royal Park. The pictures truly don’t do it justice; the property is absolutely beautiful, picturesque, and incredibly charming. It’s located in a quaint area and manages to feel both luxurious and cozy at the same time. The staff was wonderful; everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had breakfast at Park 600, and it was excellent. The portions were very generous, and the Peach Palmer drink was absolutely delicious. My room was excellent as well....

'Rooms looked like they weren't swept. Visible damage on the bathroom door, Jetted tub (sharp metal busted on overfill drain), dresser, and flooring. Outdated climate control and microwave. Towels had dirt and black flakes on them. Hotel front desk tried to put us up on a Double bed room when we reserved a King Sized with jetted tub. They didn't know if one was available. Then, gave us a room with the king and no jetted tub. Then, we had to return and correct it to finally get the room we wanted....

'The olny negative thing i have to say is that it would have been nice if we could have gotten fresh towels brought to our room and the old ones removed atleast every other day other than that i have no complaints the room and hotel were very clean and the staff was really nice and welcoming '

'If you like barking dogs all night and not so clean rooms this is for you. I was very disappointed. I stayed four nights and the last two days I would not eat the breakfast. Just horrible. Don’t recommend '

'Television didn’t work Night manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Said she had a bad leg and couldn’t get up to check out the TV in the room that wouldn’t work.'

'Everything was nice! I love staying at Marriotts. We had a little issue with out TV and the staff fixed it right away! The breakfast good, I loved the different oatmeal toppings.'

'Basic room, but that's what we expected. Our neighbors were outside enjoying some pot and our room smelled very strongly of it. We carry air spray and dealt with it. Signage said this was a 100% no smoking facility inside or outside. Also the lamp next to the bed could not be turned on as the knob was non-existent.'

'All basic stuff is there. Nice small kitchen, full size fridge. Grocery stores just nearby.'

'The staff seem to polite until I brought up the point that they had cockroaches and then they became rude and disrespectful and thought it was funny that I even brought it up and complained. They refuse to give me the money for my remaining stay. So I lost money because there's no way I was going to live in there with cockroaches and rude staff that wouldn't do anything about it.'
