'Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!'

'객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. '

'This was my second staycation here, and it was perfect again. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. Check in was easy and all the staff so helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful, a little crowded on my first day, but there was a heatwave in Sydney that weekend. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself the next morning before breakfast. I had room service breakfast, and it was fantastic. '
