« The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. »

« Personnel sympathique, chambre grande, bien situé et bon petit déjeuner. Seul petit bémol pour le valet qui m’a laissé décharger seule 3 grosses valises et qui m’a dit de prendre un chariot sur lequel les valises m’ont glissé dessus et aucune assistance »

« We were quite disappointed in our stay. The room was dated, not maintained. Might have been grand 30 years ago, but at this point seems to be riding on old glory. Specifically the toilet was loose, bathroom door couldn't close, only one electric socket under the bed, the AC was really loud, the only light came from 2 bedside lamps. And there was no possibility to get breakfast?! »

« Les rideaux étaient déchirés, l’air climatisé était démanche du mur. Nous étions dans la section non rénové, alors c’était très vieux et brisé a plusieurs endroits dans la chambre. »

« Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

« The best I can say is the building has a lot of character and interesting custom artwork on the premises. The bedsheets seemed adequately clean. »
