'Room was covered in hair up in the bunk bed. We had a disability room and was no lock on the bathroom. We didn’t need a disabled room, and was awkward to shower a child in. The bunk bed was not made up, so when asked at reception, we were given laundry packs and had to make the bed ourselves. '
