'Everything was great but found the access a little difficult unfortunately left my phone with access code in the room and it was a while to get it sorted!!'

He did let us in, but the initial back and fkward was not something I really needed: especially after a long trip. When it comes to communication I was lacking. 'The flat was nicely furnished and very comfortable. Heating by electric panel heaters was efficient and quick to warm the place. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a basket of cereal boxes, biscuits and a jar of sweets. There were also tea bag’s and coffee pods for the machine. The beds were very comfy. All in all a very welcoming and good place to stay. 4 stars not 5 because the heated towel rail didn’t work making the bathroom chilly ( a very cold weekend weather wise) and the WiFi...
