There was mold on the shower curtains, and they did not remove the dirty towels; they were left on the floor in a corner. They did not provide toilet tissue, and the key had to be fixed twice during our stay. There is a lot of room for improvement. '

'This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever experienced. My sisters and I booked a “penthouse suite” advertised as 2 bed/2 bath for a wedding trip, but the unit was completely misrepresented. The space was extremely dark with little natural light and felt nothing like a penthouse. 'EXCELLENT! Spectacular view. Very scenic. Small inn with the pool, restaurant, bar, beach all in one. The room is simple but clean. The restaurant has good food that was reasonably priced. Great staff. Lots of beaches nearby. Excellent area for surfers. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here & would love to go back. '

'We had a beautiful view. Our room was always spotless and the staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. I loved their brunch and dinner the first night was delicious too. I recommend the japanese pancakes, and the aztex sunrise for breakfast. I had steak medallions for dinner and they were cooked perfectly with a pesto sauce. I would suggest putting irons in the rooms and an attendant at reception to improve the experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will miss our view...

'This place is an absolute scam, they asked me for my ID and a zelle payment as a deposit for the property, I waited over 4 hours and was never given any information as to how to access the property. We were locked out past midnight trying to access the place we had already paid the deposit and the nightly fee. We had to contact Expedia and luckily they were able to set us up with accommodations that were not super convenient however we were grateful. I have messaged the owner multiple times with...

'The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. '

'Good amount of space, beds & pillows were comfortable. Hosts were responsive. House was clean. My only complaint was that power went out for about 5 hours and it was hot! I also didn’t like that it was high up on a long road with many turns and barely visible street signs. This aside, it was fine with enough room for all.'
