'The spacious room, southwestern decor, fireplace.
It was not the cleanest. There was a draft from all the windows and door. The shower didn’t work to well and there was the occasional sewer smell.
We were put at the end next to the parking lot so we didn’t had the beautiful cactus/ patio views that some had and there was a lot off foot traffic of people with dogs. '

'The resort allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. Being a Expedia VIP(?), we got a $27 credit and a room upgrade (to the next tier). When a second tier room wasn’t available, the resort upgraded us to a tier higher. Essentially a 4th floor room with a balcony and mountain views at no extra charge. It was lovely.
