« We had a wonderful three night stay however the one day we were out all day, our room did not get cleaned. We did have the Do Not Disturb sign on until about 9am but then were out all day and hoped to have fresh towels and toilet paper when we returned. My husband was able to go to the front desk though and bring back towels and toilet paper. Loved the chocolate chip cookies we were given on arrival »

« This was a great hotel. Very clean with great breakfast. It was close to all the restaurants and university of Michigan. »

« Nobody at check in or out . Had to call and leave message, then checked in through ring doorbell. Room key was in left in open room. Cold, but could not adjust heat. TV did not work, but no way to report for maintenance. Will never stay again. »

« Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed. »

« The property needs some updating and system repairs for the in room heating/cooling. The property also smelled heavily of smoke - cigarette and weed smoke so that was gross. The staff apologized profusely and didn’t try to make excuses, they just tried to make it right. We ended up in a much better room that was clean and functioning as expected. Friendly employees and overall experience. Just hope they enforce the no smoking policy in the future. »
