Kanakakunnu Palace

Our stay exceeded all of our expectations. Although the property is located a little away from the main area, once you arrive, it feels like you're staying at almost premium resort surrounded by beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was decent and met our expectations. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly talented, warm, and attentive staff. Their hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Overall, the property checked every box we were looking for. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they were always smiling, kind, and happy to help with anything we needed. The restaurant staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service and making every meal a wonderful experience. The housekeeping team were incredible, keeping our room spotless every day and making sure we had fresh towels, toiletries, toothbrushes, combs, and everything else we could possibly need. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, but it’s the amazing people who truly make this place unforgettable. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and outstanding hospitality made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It has set a new standard for excellence, and we would happily return again and again. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!

Wij zijn hier 4 weken geweest in mei 2012, geweldig! De hotelkamers zijn verdeeld over een park, in de vorm van cottages. Veel privacy dus, zicht op kokospalmen en de zee. Toen wij er waren was het heel erg rustig, we hadden het zwembad voor onszelf. Het personeel kan niet vriendelijker zijn, je voelt je echt te gast. Veel persoonlijke aandacht, maar zeker niet opdringerig. Heel veel te zien in de omgeving, wij hebben vooral veel gebruik gemaakt van een tuk tuk, leuker en goedkoper dan een taxi. Als je in deze streek van India een hotel zoekt, zeker een aanrader!
