'Clean. Nice facility'

'We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out. 'Paid parking is next door'

'Sheets had stains on them and found bedbugs on BOTH beds as soon as I arrived. There was also not any toilet paper and the room was incredibly small considering how much they charge for it. The two beds barely fit and all there is left is a space in between the beds for you to place your stuff. There isn't even a trashcan inside the room, so you would need to either go down the stairs and go outside and throw your trash away or use the small trashcan in the bathroom.'

'Perfect little spot in Boston. Convenient close to a lot of things. Friendly staff and helpful. A real jem. '

'Everything was great. My only complaint was there wasn’t a coffee maker in the room. There was delicious free coffee in the lobby - which made up for it!'

'I just did not like the bed it was too hard my back has been killing me for the past 2 days and the pillows suck they are so flat. Not comfortable at all. Everything else was good.'
