'The amenities are awesome but the rooms are showing their age. Paint overspray everywhere, our toilet ran, the shower pull was frozen and the GFCI plug in the bathroom was nonfunctional. They fixed the shower first day but everything else remained. Brautiful setting...'

'I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. 'We stayed 2 nights. The AC in the room was very loud, carpet and floor didn't seem like they were swept/vacuumed. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken. We were woken up at 6 by the fire alarm because something had burned in the kitchen. We asked for clean towels one morning and never got them. We have stayed here before and it seems like the hotel isn't kept as well as it used to be. The pool was the best part of our stay.'

'Shower floor was dirty, you could tell it hadn’t been scrubbed in a while…there was a water ring on the nightstand so obviously that wasn’t wiped down. The worst part was that I booked and paid through Expedia and then hotel charged me on top of that TWICE!!! I had to get ahold of of the manager myself by hunting him down at the other hotel he manages! I guess he is the only one who can give refunds! All the phone calls and messages took place about a week after our stay! Staff that works there...
