Chalets in The Bluff

'Staff were very helpful. The pool and breakfast were fantastic.'

'It was a nice place but after checking in I found it very loud walking down the hallway. It was close to all amenities and room was clean but you could hear the people in the next room like they were sitting next to you. Staff were great and breakfast was a terrible set up.'

'Hotel Stay was enjoyable. The room was nice and food was good. Staff were helpful and kind. Certain websites say hot tub & pool. There is a pool, unfortunately there is no hot tub, only certain rooms have hot tubs in the room. Not in the pool area. Gym was really nice, had a lot of different weights from 10lbs to 50lbs. Shopping mall and stores were less then 10 mins away from hotel same as resturants. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends for a relaxing weekend getaway.'

'I stayed there for 2 nights. It is an older property so the rooms are not new but were very clean. It was a nice room with a small table and 2 chairs, a frig and microwave. The king bed had one of the softest mattress I have ever slept on. There was a full hot breakfast included in the price. The motel was booked full but it was not as noisy as most hotels. I would stay again and recommend it. I usually spend 15 to 20 nights a year in hotel rooms.'

'This is a beautiful property and it's my second time here. It has been getting quite chilly at night and I was surprised to find a small, portable space heater in our room. The room got quite cold in the night, but the bathroom was freezing. I see that they have a central heating system, but it wasn't turned on. Also, the toilet paper is very rough. For a hotel of this quality I was annoyed by this. This may sound petty, but I know there are softer brands out there!'

'It was an enjoyable stay'

'Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce beau chalet! Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bons moments. L'ambiance porte à la détente avec le décor chaleureux et le spa. La communication avec l'hôte et facile, rapide et très agréable!Merci beaucoup ! '

'It was about what you would expect. The room was spacious enough and was suitable for everyone's needs. The amenities were good, check-in/check-out was straightforward and easy as well as the booking. Good place to stay overall, pricing was fair.'
