'Reserve an upper floor or your view is a graffiti alleyway. Located on the edge of China Town, don’t wander at night, full of drugged out zombies and not safe. Excellently cared for property, modern, very clean and secure. Unfortunately just located in a bad area of town, but very convenient urber ride to anyplace in downtown.'
