Goed eten, veel keuze in restaurants.. zeer vriendelijk personeel. Helaas was het strand niet toegankelijk en vonden we de voorzieningen voor kinderen wat beperkt. Wel top hoe ze kleur geven aan het WK! Heel leuk gedaan!

Had a great time, traveled with a little one and parents. Loved the amenities and the amount of pools around the hotel. Only complaint was most of the buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner is all in la marina so always have to cross the streets and walk 7 min or so to the restaurants. Ventus ha is very clean, pretty empty majority of the day, which is nice also since we didn’t have to arrive early to get a lounge chair. There’s also à la cart lunch in Venus ha at one of the specialty restaurants and limited buffet breakfast in the morning; so best to travel to marina for more options. The other sister hotels are where all the events are, mainly at la marina. But they’re all walking distance from each other; especially Ventus and marina. Overall, good experience, just wish the alcohol is a little stronger and more food options in Ventus ha instead of having to travel to marina majority of the day for breakfast buffet, lunch buffet and dinner. Only complaint was that I ordered food to be delivered to my hotel on the early morning of departure and reached out to our butler to help set up the appt. Confirmed the date and time and when the day came. Nothing came to the hotel. Called the front desk and was informed that they were not notified so nothing was sent to the kitchen. By the time we called, our transportation to the airport was coming to the hotel soon so we didn’t get to have any breakfast prior to leaving. Otherwise, butler service provided daily activities
