Groot minpunt is het ontbreken van een fatsoenlijke ontbijt- /restaurant ruimte; ontbijt wordt namelijk op de gang geserveerd, aan vieze tafeltjes met slechte stoelen, door knorrig personeel. 'As said by many people on Tripadvisor this is a simple Business hotel in a Business area. It takes 30 minute walking to Gateway of India. hotels are expensive in Mumbai and this one might give some value for money. Do not have high hopes!'

'It was pretty funny to see how this hotel is actually a bit behind in style, but because they do an okay job in the upkeep it is kind of nice to walk back into the glamorous style of the sixties without it being out of date. Stay away from the shop though, this guy is pushing sales way too much. Rooms are clean and well equipped (for Indian standards).'

'It's a nice place. The people behind the desk are very welcoming and helpfull. The rooms are a bit small, but you have everything you need in there. So this was not a problem to us. Cafe Universal on the other side of the street provided us with a nice breakfast every morning. '
