« One of the main reasons I choose this place was for the heated pool Well .. pool was “heated but not warm “ that came from one of the staff I fail to understand how useful a pool heated but not warm is »

« The property really needs a makeover and update. We stayed fri-mon and only 2 towels in room and no weekend housekeeping. There was something looked to had been spilled on floor and was not cleaned good. Overall we would not stay here again. »

« Staff and breakfast were amazing. Room cleanliness could have been a better but not bad. No blackout curtains. There was an event while we were there and parking was chaotic. Also it can be very loud in the rooms during events. Overall a decent place to stay. The property is beautiful. »

« Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. Nothing was done prior to our checkout. They were t apologetic or attempted to quickly correct the concerns. The Fitness center evidently runs classes outside of guests. When I entered, was told they would be using most of...
