« The staff are always wonderful and polite. There is plenty of parking, a nice spa/pool, a nice workout center, inside restaurant and bar. The breakfast here is also wonderful. It is always quiet and clean. The traffic flow is laid back and easy going. »

« Only thing I didnt like when the kids baseball teams running thru the hotel, damaging the things by the swimming pools area and the games, and throwing all the balls and other things over the fence. I didnt like how the parents wasn't watching their kids. I think the hotel she have a stricter policy on that. »

« We have stayed here a couple times. It's a great family destination. I found the front desk people rude this time. I don't also understand why it takes soooo long to check in? Most hotels check you in within minutes. But overall, our stay once again was incredible. And will be back again next year »

« We might have just come during a time when they were understaffed, but the day we checked out it was impossible to find a single employee to help us. We didn't need the breakfast but wanted a cup of coffee before we headed out and had some other questions and we went to the front desk multiple times, even walked into the dining room, and never saw an employee. There was a sign on the table where they clearly usually have coffee but it was never actually there. Overall it was an easy place to...
