« We stay here whenever we can when we go to Knoxville. The loft is very comfortable, and convenient for walking to Market Square and Old Town. It would be a long walk to campus so we drive there or take an Uber. It’s easy to check in and out of the loft and the owners are very responsive and nice. »

« Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill. »

« The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door.
