'The property looks nothing like the photos. The swimming pool is inside the restaurant not outside like shown in pictures. The standard rooms are quite small with no views of the outside. The hotel is kind of inside a small shopping center. However the sit out area on the 4th floor is nice. The female receptionist is nice though the male receptionists were not helpful when there was no internet for half a day. Special thanks to Benny from the restaurant who was so nice and helpful.'

'good'

'We stayed in room 616. This is a basic 4 star hotel for sure. It is clean. And the rooms are large. Bed is large and comfortable but the pillows were so soft they didn't work. However our bar fridge didn't work. The bathroom is large. The breakfast was adequate but we did have to ask for butter, There was no Ham or bacon available on the morning we stayed. Which is ok but after a while you do want a European breakfast. We had a room service dinner which was adequate... lamb Chops were...

'De kamer was goed, prachtige locatie. Helaas was er ook een bruiloft midden op het zwembad terrein wat een ongemakkelijk gevoel gaf om te blijven en gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. We zijn daarom eerder vertrokken.'

'Grootste troef is nabijheid van de luchthaven. Gebouw gedateerd. Management wel klantvriendelijk. Na misverstand over shuttledienst goede verklaring en oplossing aangeboden. '

'We loved the relaxing atmosphere at Heritage Village Resort. The options for beach towels and a mat for the nearby Arossim beach was helpful. We loved the poolside but wished it could be open until a bit later than 7.30pm. The breakfast was good. The curated experiences and activities were nice. Although only English music played making the resort feel more European than Indian. We liked the in-room dining options and easy access to restaurants. We didn’t like our bed as it was 2 twins put...

'Room was rundown and dogs barked all through the night. The drinking water provided wasn’t marked as safe and in refillable bottles.'

'The property is very accessible from the airport. Old buildings but housekeeping staff does a very good job of keeping it clean. They are also very nice to talk to. The breakfast was very good even though options were limited. The food service staff is also very responsive and polite. Overall it was a good experience.'

'Safe and Quiet , took a shuttle to the beach , friendly staff . I did not use the pool.'

'We spent 3 weeks at Martin’s Comfort - late January to mid February. Our initial impressions were mixed, our room was great, really clean, lovely comfortable extra wide double bed, generous sized bathroom, balcony, good furniture with plenty of storage. We were initially concerned by the state of the swimming pool which was suffering an algae bloom - very green - and wasn’t usable. However during the next few days this was sorted out by the staff and it was lovely to have it back in use - not a...
