'I had a great experience at this hotel! I checked out early to head to the airport, but after my flight got canceled, I came back and they kindly gave me the same room again with no extra charge. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The room was very clean, and the location is perfect, close to everything. Highly recommend!'

'The hotel has a lot of character. The entrance is an original Inka stone entrance, with very old Spanish additions. This does mean that the floors are creaking and you may hear the people in adjacent rooms. The great benefits of the hotel are its charm, its history, great value and, importantly, it’s close to everything as it’s in the ancient part of Cusco. Furthermore, the staff is super nice and friendly.'

'Loved our stay at this family owned B&B. Everything is basic but just as we like it for our Cusco experience. Owners and staff are all nice and provided everything we need for our stay. Only improvements suggested are to replace shower curtains and towels as they are very dated.'

'Mooi hotel. Zaten in kamers onder de grond, uitzicht op een oude Inca muur. Maar die staat letterlijk 30cm of zo vanaf het raam. Daardoor nul dag licht in de kamer. En je kan het raam niet open zetten. Super lekker bed, goede airco, mooie maar verouderde badkamer & inrichting.'

'Heerlijke plek om te ontspannen in Cusco. Het hotel is helemaal van deze tijd en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn stil wat enorm fijn is aangezien het hotel zeer centraal ligt. Het ontbijt is zeker de moeite waard en geheel naar verwachting van een Novotel/Accor hotel. Het bevat goede gezonde keuzes en heerlijke broodjes, iets wat niet vanzelfsprekend is in de omgeving. We hebben ook een keer gegeten in het a la carte restaurant en dat was...
