'The hotel entrance is a bit difficult to find because it’s situated on the 13th and 14th floor of a commercial building. Hotel staff is very helpful. There is even one male staff member that can speak Cantonese. Room is alright. Average size but clean. The location of the hotel is near the metro station, so convenient for those planning to use the metro a lot during their stay in Taipei. I can recommend this hotel for those planning to stay in Taipei but doesn’t want to stay in a hotel nearby...

The room itself was not in the best state - the carpet had some stains and there was dust on some surfaces. 'Just Inn was just as described. A small, no frills, place in a very good location. The rooms were clean, the staff very courteous. The rooms were smaller than I expected and it would have been nice to have a small cupboard/chest to put my clothes. That is the only issue. Else, all good. Staff was excellent. '

'This hotel goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We stayed during New Years and they served food at midnight and provided rain gear to watch the fireworks. We had an early flight and they packed a breakfast for us. They are just so considerate every step of the way. The rooms were clean and provided everything needed. '
