'The hotel is very nice, good pool but with horrible sunbeds, nice and clean room. The WiFi is very very bad! Many days of no connection and if connected it's very poor! Waterpressure in shower is poor, so no great experience. There is one very friendly guy at the reception who speaks English. When he is not around nobody does, they hang up the phone when you call in English and act if you are the stupid one expecting help when you dont speak portuguese... I would not recomend this hotel to...

'Só tenho elogios para a estrutura do hotel, bem como a equipe bem preparada. Tivemos problemas no ar condicionado, mas foi prontamente resolvido. Já tinha ficado no Doublé Tree numa convenção da empresa. Dessa vez fomos em lua de mel… e foi fantástico. E tem a comodidade de ficar bem perto do shopping Catuaí. Ótima experiência. '

'Het was erg koud in het hotel, snachts 6-8 gr, en geen verwarming in het hotel. In het hotel zit een "reisburo" wat ook gebruikt wordt voor boeken van transfers en taxi's; echter zijn die een stuk duurder dan de reguliere taxi!'

'What’s good: Amazing buffet restaurant, great pool, very safe, kind staff. What’s bad: - 1st room had problems with electricity, resulting that the air condition stopped working at 02:00 making it 28 degrees in the room. (Assume this is just bad luck). - The walls are paper thin. Family with children above us decided to renovate their room themselves (that’s how it sounded at least). A lot of noice keeping us awake. - no free bottled water. - staff ‘forgot’ to calculate the promised discount...
