LOCATION
Lift access here is exceptional. Lift 1 is the Meadows lift, with four-person chondola cabins that run the same hours as the gondola and reach the core of Mountain Village in about seven minutes. Lift 10, the Sunshine lift, is just as close — locals call it the Real Estate lift for the slopeside mansions it carries you past. Both are an easy glide from the door. When you're not skiing, the chondola is a short three-minute walk from the door.
You do not need a car here. Dial-A-Ride runs door to door throughout Mountain Village, the free gondola connects to downtown Telluride in both winter and summer, and Zipcar keeps 24/7 self-service rentals stationed locally for the occasional day you want one. Most guests fly in, take a transfer, and never think about driving again.
THE HOME
The condo is a single level with no stairs.
