Great location, great management from Avant Stay to fix the Wi-Fi and television issues upon check-in, very old unit that needs an upgrade, very small kitchen with very little counter space, missing some key kitchen items, goofy useless third bathroom on the lower floor that simply should be a mud room with a bench and carpet for boots with lots of hangers for ski gear.

Telluride Blues and Blues festival

Stayed for 4 days with 4 adults. Great location. Walking distance to downtown and gondola. Loved the market 1 minute walk. Unit was clean. Beds were VERY comfortable. Kitchen is very basic. Not even salt and pepper. Would definitely stay again

GREAT Cozy Home and a Great Location

Some friends and I stayed here for the weekend for a local race that I was participating in. Everything was perfectly walkable to get into town, to the creek, restaurants, bars and shops. The home was incredibly clean and comfortable (THE BEDS!!) for 6 full grown adults. The kitchen was also well stocked, great for cooking meals and snacking when we weren't going out. I loved spending downtime in this little condo. The ONLY downside was arriving at about 10pm- Telluride is DARK and it was a little difficult to figure out parking and which building we were in etc. That was on us for arriving so late, and didn't detract from any aspect of our stay but be aware when coming in, daylight would be helpful!

Great location

We had a great time at Telluride, Lodge turns out it is the same place we lived in a couple of winters a long time ago. The unit was well equipped, somewhat dated, but that didn’t take anything away from our experience would be happy to stay there again.

Good location but…

The location is great- close to commercial area, across from lift 7 that takes you to mid mountain, 2 shuttle stops and adjacent to supermarket. Plenty big with beds for 6 and 4 full baths. However, the property is VERY dated and has not been invested in for a long time. The kitchen and baths were clean, but the old style shag carpet is nasty and we were hit by a bad odor as soon as we entered. We managed with some candles and air spray (again, close to market) got us through the stay. We would stay at telluride lodge again but not in this unit.

Nice condo and location, but had several issues

We enjoyed the layout and location of the condo. Telluride is great, and it was fun to be within walking distance to the town and a ski lift. Upon arrival, we found the microwave to be broken. Serviceman came the next day, with a new countertop unit, but this temporary fix left the overhead unit with its stovetop light non-functioning. And the master shower faucet knob broke off our last night--reported to mgmt then. New to report, condo management does need to address several more-minor issues also (esp. with Telluride lodging prices): 1) Missing blind slats in 2 bedrooms; 2) Hand can-opener barely works; 3) Limited kitchen tools--esp. no hot pads or oven mitts; 4) No hand towels in bathrooms; 5) Hot tubs closed for maintenance 1 whole day without notice; 6) WIFI was very limited/often poor. But we still managed to have a good stay overall.--just not a top rating.

Great location.

Very close to Lift 7, and only a short walk to the downtown area, although the “Galloping Goose “ shuttle stops right by the property. The property itself is adequate but needs a bit of overhauling( broken blinds, non functioning microwave, broken light bulbs). First rate check in procedure and communication with the rental company.

Great location for skiing

We stayed for 5 nights and skied every day. The lodge is across the street from lift 7, close to ski rentals and the gondola, super close to the grocery store and a short walk to downtown. The unit was great for 4 adults to relax and eat after a day on the slopes.

Clean, comfortable accommodations

Property checked our boxes for two masters (two traveling adult couples). It also had two twin beds on the upper level if any of our adult children had been available to join. It has a nice walking trail to town, trailheads, the park, and the gondola, with a free bus service, when you need a rest. It has the basic necessities, but note, all groceries including salt/pepper and cooking oil needs to be brought in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The office provided amazingly fast response and were very helpful.

Gimme a facelift PLEASE

Golden Girls on the slopes. This place is outdated. Kitchen was a disappointment. Mismatched dishes, pots, pans, only a couple real knives, and the only thing that came with the place were some spices. Two drop coffee makers...but not a single coffee filter. Restaurants were only offering takeout so we were relying on a kitchen.

We loved the easy access to Clark’s Market and the walking path to downtown. The carpet needed to be replaced and be aware there is no balcony or patio.

Great location!

Nice unit, great views of the mountain, easy short walk to the Coonskin lift, easier and even shorter walk to Clark's Market. Could not be more convenient. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our group

The way the condo lays out, it worked perfectly for 2 couples and 3 guys, which happened to be our group for the Ride Festival. The location right in town was nice. The finishes and furniture are somewhat dated but comfortable. There is no deck so you are somewhat disconnected from the outside. All, in all, it was a perfect stay for our particular group.

Dated unit in desperate need up updating

This unit is long overdue for some attention!! The carpet is old and stained. The furniture doesn't match and sinks when you sit on it. The kitchen is sparsely equipped. We did not plan to prepare meals there, but we found ourselves searching through empty cupboards and drawers for basic utensils. What was there was of thrift shop quality. The beds were old, soft and sagging in the middle. We found a peanut in one of the beds and a dirty shirt stuck between the wall and the bed. The master bathroom smelled of mold. There is no excuse for a unit to have these issues at this price!! The management company did provide us with a hot spot when the wifi wasn't working. And they were quick to respond when there was water leaking out of the freezer causing a puddle on the kitchen floor. We would not recommend this unit in the Telluride Lodge!!

Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The location is perfect. We never drove our car for the 4 days we were here. Short walk to Lift 7 and the market. Also short walk to the downtown restaurant and shopping area. We shared the condo with another family and there was plenty of space for both families and a perfect layout. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Telluride! Thank you!
