Affordable and nicely appointed studio condo with full bath at the base of chair lift #7 for ski-in, ski-out access. Remodeled with slate floors, carpeting, and new, high-end queen mattress set with high-thread count linens. This studio has a small refrigerator and microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. In addition to the queen bed, it has a daybed (twin bed), cozy sit-down table, and large closets making it the very best value in Telluride for summer or winter.

Two, large outdoor hot tubs are right out the door,and the town loop bus stop stops right next to the condo every 10 minutes. The bus will take you to the gondola in 2 min or walk there in 5! The free bus will also take you to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of downtown Telluride!

This condo can attach to the adjacent studio for added space for an extra charge. The adjacent condo has a queen bed, twin bed, trundle and studio kitchen plus another full bath! Pricing is for this unit, only. Check VRBO #56671 for the adjacent unit.

Grateful to find this charming little place on short notice when my plans changed. Host was friendly and accommodating. Cozy, clean comfortable. Just wish it had a kitchen sink so I didn’t have to wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

The room was clean and well featured but keep in mind this is a studio unit with no kitchen. There’s a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker but you’re doing dishes in the bathroom sink. The entire town is only a mile across so walking everywhere was easy or there’s a free town shuttle and free parking lot across the street. Good location for skiing, Lift 7 is next to the property. I was able to ride up but the front side trails were closed due to lack of snow so I had to take the gondola down and walk (half mile) or take the town shuttle back. Tip: if you take the shuttle back from the gondola walk two blocks to the Courthouse stop to cut off half the time and let the driver know to drop you off at Cimmaron. Overall great for a single person.

Nice place and location!

The room had sweet touches and character. Know that it is very small. We really were only there to sleep and hang out a little in the morning, so it was fine. My husband thought the bed was uncomfortable (I was fine). I tried to hang my towel on the knob on the bathroom door, but it kept falling down. A hook would be much better. Otherwise, really nice place!

Great Location

Perfect location to the slopes and picking up the town bus. There is parking available with the property. Note there is not a full kitchen which can be a little tricky. There is a microwave- hot plate - toaster oven all worked well for us as we liked experiencing the great restaurants. I would stay here again.

Cute but Small

This little studio is adorable. Decorated very nice. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was there really wasn't much of a kitchen at all. There was a microwave, a hot plate, and a refrigerator but the space was too small. There was a table with 2 stools, but other than that, nowhere to sit. It was fairly clean though, and the property was very quiet, which we very much enjoyed. Also, the check in/check out process was super simple. Overall, cute place for a couple but plan on eating out.

PERFECT LITTLE PLACE

This was the perfect little studio for a weekend stay in Telluride. We loved the convenience of the river trail and walking everywhere from this location! Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing cozy accomodations.

It was not a good stay

By reading so many positive reviews, i felt it is a good property to book. Here are some of the pros and cons I experienced Pros: Host was great in responding the queries. Location is great, close to the downtown and near to Gandola. It was easy check in and check out process Cons: Its a very small property. Difficult to accommodate 2 adult comfortably. Room was smelling bad, mattress was not comfortable to sleep, room is very small, it says there is a kitchen, truly just a table with various cooking stuff,.towels were dirty, it was not cleaned properly. Inside ambience doesnt give a positive vibe.i didnt find a comfortable stay
