LOCATION
Aspen Ridge 16 sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the Mountain Village Core, set back from Mountain Village Boulevard, so it feels calm and private when you are home. The top of Lift 1 is a flat 4-minute walk, and the gondola, Mountain Village Market, and the base of Lift 4 are about 6 minutes away on foot.

Coffee, restaurants, bars, ski shops, spa services, and shopping in the village plaza are a short walk. In summer, the concert series, playground, and event lawn at the top of Lift 1 are close by. In winter, the same walk gets you to ski school and the lifts without loading everyone into a car. The gondola connects Mountain Village to the town of Telluride.

THE HOME
You enter on Level 2, where the garage and Bedroom 1 are. Stairs lead up to the main level (Level 3): an open great room, kitchen, and dining area with 20-foot vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and a half bath. The deck off the main level has a plumbed gas BBQ and outdoor dining for 6.

Bedroom 4 has the top floor (Level 4) to itself. On the lower level (Level 1) are Bedroom 2, the bunk room (Bedroom 3), the laundry, and the hot tub deck.

The west-facing decks look out to the San Sophia Ridgeline, Campbell Peak, and the La Sal Mountains in Utah. From the kitchen and the top-floor bedroom, the views are east to the Telluride Ski Area and Palmyra Peak.

By car: park in the garage or in the space outside the garage, then leave the car.

Dial-A-Ride: Mountain Village's Dial-A-Ride service offers 4 complimentary rides per day, with each additional ride $15.
