Haus Eichholz welcomes you to Tellingstedt, quietly located on the edge of town with direct access to walking trails and nature. This 120 m² ground-floor holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and 1 bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, step-free access and interiors, a baby cot on request, high chair, as well as toys and books for children. A fireplace in the living area creates a cozy atmosphere.



Outside, you’ll find an open terrace with a barbecue and a garden with play areas and a paddling pool for children. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



Parking is available at the house. Public transport is within walking distance. Bicycles are available free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. Towels and beach towels are provided. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Quiet hours: 10 pm–7 am. Please leave the accommodation clean, wash the dishes, and separate the waste. Additional guests are only allowed with prior approval. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving. Treat the furnishings with care and report any damage immediately.
