Hôtel près de Téléski Steinkogel (Ebensee)

« Hôtel au standard Business, personnel très avenant en particulier au restaurant. Restaurant propose peu de choix mais les plats sont de qualité. »

« Very nice hotel »

« Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay. »

Très mauvais service à la clientèle. »

« Amazing view, great amenities, very comfortable, and perfect communication! »

There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...
