'Great stay at the hotel Al Piolet, loved the furnishings and staff makes sure you had a great holiday. Rooms are not the biggest but nicely decorated and comfortable for 2 people stay.'

'The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe.'

'I love the sight around and from the window, the room clean, quiet, staff friendly. What I didn’t like it was the dinner choices were not much to offer, I ordered a duck who looks ok. to order but the meat was very hard and chewy. The breakfast was better with more choices and friendly staff.'

'Good location, very friendly staffs, shuttle bus drivers are very helpful. Good breakfasts and good daily dinners menus. Nice balcony can watch Matthorn sunrise . Only a 3 minutes walk to the bridge for sunrise view. 5 minutes walk to Matthorn glacier paradise cable car station.'
