Kamer werd in vijf dagen slechts één keer schoon gemaakt en dus ook maar één keer schone handdoeken. Veel en duurzame geluidshinder van airco's of andere trillende en zoemende apparaten buiten onze kamer. Kwaliteit staf en personeel schiet ernstig tekort. Wel vriendelijk!

Comfortable hotel at the beach
Good location next to the beach, near the new north harbor. Friendly staff, very good breakfast and gym. We had a lovely week and would go there again.

Prima hotel bij strand en niet ver van centrum
Hotel met ontbijtterras. Wij hadden uitstekende grote kamer met balkon en uitzicht. Personeel gaf goede informatie. Goede ligging, bij maar niet aan het strand (waar veel lawaai kan worden gemaakt). Minpuntje kan zijn dat men er veel aan het bouwen gaat, mogelijk pal voor het hotel.

Fijn hotel en dichtbij het strand!
Bushalte op ongeveer 5 min lopen. Naar centrum lopen ongeveer 20 min lopen. In de buurt is het mogelijk om fietsen te huren, erg leuk om te doen!!

Zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding
Het hotel ligt aan de noordkant van de boulevard. Dit lijkt in eerste instantie een nadeel en wat excentrisch, maar al snel blijkt dat dit helemaal geen probleem is. Dit deel van de boulevard heeft een eigen karakter, en het centrum en de winkelstraten zijn prima te bereiken. De service is prima, alsmede de in het hotel aanwezige faciliteiten.

Heerlijk hotel met geweldig dakterras.
Ligging van hotel bij oude haven en op loopafstand van strand is geweldig. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek. Het dakterras, waar een geweldig uitgebreid ontbijt wordt geserveerd in buffetvorm, met uitzicht op de stad en zee, is een echte aanrader. De oude haven waar mooie restaurants en winkels zijn is heel dicht bij het hotel. De kamers zijn licht en ruim en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt waarbij de bedden ook dagelijks verschoond worden. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar in het restaurant is het personeel niet goed opgeleid. Iedereen doet maar wat en lijkt enigszins ongeorganiseerd. Voor ons was het een fijn verblijf en we komen zeker terug!

First thing be prepared to wake up at 7am with a construction site across the street and the hotels windows having zero sound proofing . Hotel on the surface looks good but is extremely rundown and is in desperate need of a renovation. Nothing in the rooms works from the plugs to the thermostat to the door locks . The room isn’t cleaned properly. Not even toiletries are left like lotion or a shower cap . Even the rooftop advertised is a restaurant that closes after breakfast . So the only place to go is a tiny lobby lounge area . Hotel staff is not very accommodating with complaints

Great location
Check-in was great, Osher was very friendly and made really great suggestions. The hotel is perfectly located, you can’t beat it. Breakfast was good, served at their rooftop restaurant. Heads up for Saturdays, they do not serve espresso drinks on Shabbat, which I didn’t quite understand, because most everything else was as usual. My only complaint was the wifi was down for more than half our stay. It was not a hotel issue, because it was down in the whole neighborhood.

We came in and out twice,in 18 days. Street to hotel is narrow and difficult to get into hotel. Lots construction in immediate area.Best to explore the beach walk,lots rr with wonderful local dishes try them,all food in Israel is wonderful,we spent 18 days of exploring the whole country. For convenice include breakfast,also have breakfast at beach,a must. The cab service is called "get" give them your crdit card amazing service. Thank you Alexandria staff.

Hotel needs a facelift
The hotel is dated and hasn’t been touched or maintained since my last visit three years ago. I would not recommend it until it is spruced up.

As I read all reviews before booking, I can attest that the hotel does have excellent breakfast and comfortable beds. Aside from that, the elevators are tiny and I had a problem with my stroller fitting. Traveling with stroller age babies is not recommended. The rooms are outdated and very small. Not very family friendly but a nice option for couples. The hotel is close to the beach and food. I would not give them a 5 star rating but a well deserved 3 .

Great boutique hotel in perfect location.
Amazing stay at amazing hotel in amazing location. The only minus: very hard to find where to park the car! And after we did find a lot some 250 mts from the hotel, the room was not ready (16:30) But on the whole I am very satisfied of everything. The hotel, the room, the breakfast. The service.
