Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday home "La Escalincha" is located in Tegueste. This 30 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV.

Guests can enjoy the shared outdoor area (shared with the other house "El Sarmiento"), the covered porch of "del Lagar" and a large outdoor terrace. A barbecue is available with the previous request from the host. Guests can also relax in the shared swimming pool (non-heated) on a sunny afternoon while enjoying the spectacular mountain views.

Up to 2 pets are allowed for an extra fee per night.

There are access stairs at the entrance to the property. For people with reduced mobility, an entrance with a ramp can be organised (with prior notice).

This property is equipped with 2 surveillance cameras located at the main access points. These cameras only record the entryways to the property and do not capture images of private areas or the interior of the property. All footage is managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and is used exclusively for access control and security purposes.
