'We really loved the hotel! When we booked there weren't many reviews because it's so new (only 4 months open), but it's even better than it looks in the pictures on the website. The room is really really big with an amazing bed. The beach and pool are so beautiful. You can go snorkeling (it's free and there's a lot to see) or kayaking. 'Hot water for shower take so long or nothing, only 1 towel even i ask for an extra they did not give but thanks to the housekeeper girl in Veranda, she is nice and give me one. I also ask for a breakfast to go a day before that if we can have a breakfast to go on next day at 7am because we have a tour and we need to be at 7:45am at the meeting point but we got no breakfastat all ww need to leave asap because of the meeting point time and still they did not pack any even a bottled water. 'Such a cool place. Its got a great location to base youre travels from and a super cool and helpful staff if you need anything. Everything here has really been thought out well by the staff and management. They also are doing an expansion of the premises in this off season that looks like irs gonna be awesomene. The other really cool thing is its all off the grid on solar and has its own wells. Pair that with the great food and amazing staff makes this a go too for my EL Nido based trips'

'Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. '
