'The entire hotel needs an upgrade, from wall paint, bedspreads, to bathroom shower. There were hair strands in my shower, chip and mold around the shower and shower curtain, even with the shower curtain closed the floor still got wet to a puddle, found a bug crawling up the tv stand, mattress a little hard/stiff, towels rough feeling'

'This was our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Every time we come here, we are welcomed by the nicest staff members. Food is great, drinks are great and the room is always great!'

'The room that I got was not cleaned as good as it should have been. Deadbolt did not work. They had some guest that smoked marijuana (skunk weed) inside through their room and didn't do anything about them. I could smell it down the hallway and it actually infiltrated in my room under the door and it made me sick smelling it when I was trying to go to sleep. I reported it to the staff and they down the hallway and sprayed air freshener and getting kick out those people there was no smoking...

'10/10 experience at Citizen House! My husband and I just got back from our stay, and we had such a great time. We were there celebrating my graduation from RN school, and Citizen House made the whole experience feel so special. We got to eat in the members club area at the bar, and the bartender was excellent. He recommended amazing drinks and really added to the experience. We were also able to tour the property, take pictures, and meet a few people while we were there. The overall vibe was...

'I stayed at this location about mid-June. Mainly writing this review, because the staff was exceptionally helpful and apologetic when I reported a dog had been left alone in the room next to me. The dog started barking at 4am. This went on for over 2.5 hrs. Needless to say I didn't sleep much. Later that morning I followed-up with the staff/manager. She said they will be removing the occupant from the premise. Policy violation, etc. I was booked for two nights, but decide to leave that...
