CasaDaMare Vacanze is a totally renovated property 200m from the sea.

The property has just been renovated and totally redecorated waiting to be lived.
During the renovation we were animated by the desire to offer our guests a comfortable and totally rewarding stay experience.

CasaDaMare Vacanze consists of three bedrooms: 2 with double bed 1 with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a large dining room with fireplace, a kitchen, a raised veranda at the entrance, a garden in front of the entrance with parking space and a back garden.

Check-in CasaDaMare Vacanze

At the beginning of the stay, guests will not be able to occupy the house before 5.00 pm.
Guests are required to communicate 48h before the expected arrival time: this is to guarantee you an adequate reception and to facilitate the management of the rental practices.
We are committed, however, to making CasaDaMare Vacanze available from the moment the reorganization works are completed even before 5.00 pm.
Upon Check-in, guests must sign a tourist lease.
Once the property has been inspected, they will also have to sign an inventory of everything they receive in use at the delivery of the keys, undertaking to return the house in the exact conditions in which they took it into custody.
To this end, it will be necessary to pay, upon delivery of the keys, a security deposit of 200 euros which will be returned in whole or in part when the house is returned, after checking the conditions of the same.

At the end of the stay, guests must vacate the house no later than 10 am.
CasaDaMare Vacanze must be returned in the exact same conditions in which it was taken over.
In particular, care must be taken to wash the dishes used, to empty pantries, rubbish, and to reposition the furniture or objects that may have been moved during the stay.

CasaDaMare Vacanze is located close to the S'Andrea Island Regional Natural Park and a few minutes from the center of Gallipoli, the true heart of Salento's nightlife.
Its location will offer you the opportunity to live a total vacation experience.
During the day you can enjoy the relaxation and beauty of the Mediterranean scrub that Punta Pizzo, Punta della Suina and the whole Natural Park will offer you through fine sandy beaches and unspoiled nature.
For diving lovers it will be easy to organize boat trips to discover the caves, the seabed and the islands that are located a few miles from the coast.
In the evening you can discover a typical food and wine offer immersed in a suggestive context by dining in the historic center of Gallipoli or in the premises of the waterfront or in one of the beautiful Masserie.
