New living room and dining room furniture with an extremely comfortable sofa bed that converts into a full queen size bed. The Master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King size bed, and the Second bedroom has a lovely decor with an extremely comfortable queen size bed.

The balcony has 2 chairs and fits up to 2 people so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.)

*(The rental of the unit does not include boat parking or a slip in the marina. A separate reservation must be done with the association, which is subject to availability and an additional charge. The maximum length of any boat in the marina is 28 feet. If interested, you will need to pre-submit a reservation form and provide insurance for the vessel as required by the association and await approval by the association prior to bringing the boat onsite.
