Sized for smaller groups of 2 to 9, this generously proportioned home offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and space to spread out. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a super king bed and a spacious ensuite with bathtub, shower and dual vanities, while a second bedroom has a queen bed, served by a large family bathroom and a separate toilet. Downstairs there is a king bedroom, a twin room with two single beds, a third bathroom and a full laundry.

The heart of the home is a big open-plan country-style kitchen, a generous dining room and two large living areas, so there is room to cook, gather and relax without being on top of each other.
Outside is where this place really shines. A resort-style 150,000L saltwater pool with its own pool house is a summer favourite, and the spa pool runs hot all year round, at its best on a crisp Taupō evening. There is also a gas BBQ, patio, trampoline and fire brazier, with parking for six plus vehicles and plenty of room for boats and jet skis.
You are in Nukuhau, a quiet, semi-rural pocket five minutes from town with no long country road to travel. A playground, shops and takeaways are an easy walk away, and Huka Falls, the hot pools, the Great Lake Pathway and the lakefront are all a short drive. Whakapapa ski fields are about an hour away.

One private wing above the garage is closed off, and you will never share the property with another group. Easy self check-in, Starlink Wi-Fi throughout, and we are local and contactable any time.
