'We love this hotel. The staff provided excellent, excellent service. They showed courtesy and respect. Not to forget all staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you might need. I just cannot express how satisfied i am with the professional service they provided. Front desk staff have the best disposition and the greatest customer service you can get. Manager is a very kind, respectful and friendly person..It was just a great experience staying at this hotel.'

'Facility is beautiful and clean, however it is isolated and far from main attractions '

'We had a very short stay, arriving in Tashkent at 1am in the morning, and leaving at 7:15 am for an early flight back to the US. They have 24 hour reception and check in was easy--it is close to the airport which allowed an extra 1.5 hrs of sleep--very welcome! Our room was actually a suite, and I'm only sorry we were there so brieftly.'

'I stayed one night between my flights. Clean, comfortable, AC unit efficient and not loud. Front desk packed me a lunch box because I was leaving too early to have breakfast.'

'The hotel and the rooms are newly renovated, the look is very fresh, the layout rational and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Everything works. The location is very close to the airport. These are all on the plus side. I enjoyed my stay and appreciated how well everything works, everything is clean and new. The only minus, you could say, is that the hotel is located on the Ring Road, a heavy traffic highway, so it's not in the city and not an area for strolling around. The hotel's neighbors...
