'We hebben genoten van een zeer smaakvol ingericht huis, de bloemrijke tuin, een prachtig zwembad en enorm aardige gastheer en vrouw. Bij aankomst voelden we ons echt welkom. Gastheer/vrouw waren attent maar niet opdringerig; erg prettig! Qua lokatie ligt het zeer gunstig t.o.v. Rome en de kust. Het centrum van Rome is ook in een half uurtje prima te bereiken met de auto is ons gebleken. We waren zelf met 5 personen; huis is zeer geschikt om met 2 families te vertoeven. Een aanrader waar we zeker...

'Abbiamo prenotato la struttura last minute per il nostro viaggio dei 100 giorni. Roberto è stato gentilissimo, la struttura è molto grande, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Siamo stati veramente bene e abbiamo passato 3 giorni indimenticabili. Arrivarci è anche velocissimo, arrivando da Roma abbiamo preso subito il raccordo, cassia ed effettivamente dentro la campagna viene fatto 1km con tutta strada asfaltata. Veramente comodo quindi da raggiungere. E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile,...

'Hier zomaar een lijstje van dingen die niet door de beugel konden: Koelkast werkte slecht en werd niet koud. We moesten iedere avond maar wat drinken in de vriezer leggen en dan ging het wel. Geen airco op alle kamers terwijl dit wel zo werd aangegeven op de website tijdens het boeken. De twee airco’s die we wél hadden moesten uit blijven ivm brandveiligheid. Foto’s online zijn veel rooskleuriger dan het huis in werkelijkheid is. Zo zitten bijvoorbeeld de kamers aan elkaar vast met een...

'The property is very clean, warm and welcoming. The house is well set up. Beds are comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. The villa design and layout is truly an architectural splendor. The olive tree grove, bamboo forest and views of the countryside are amazing. It is a quiet and peaceful villa The owner was great at checking in, and readily available and responsive during our stay. There were welcome goodies and laminated instructions cards for everything. All of this made for a top notch...

'heerlijk groot huis, mooie plek waarbij je vanaf de berg een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Grote tuin en een heerlijk zwembad wat veel meer open is dan of de foto's. In werkelijkheid is het veel beter dan op de foto's. De host is bijzonder vriendelijk. Dank voor een heerlijke week.'

'Ons verblijf was ontzettend leuk. Geweldig zwembad. Alle mensen waren super aardig. Dankzij Stefania heeft mijn schoonzoon een geweldig verjaardags diner gehad. Ook hebben we bij Stefania gegeten ook dat was heerlijk. Het schoonhouden van het huis was super fijn. Samenvatting een heerlijk huis fijne tuin en goede voorzieningen. Een klein dingetje een zitje bij het zwembad in de schaduw zou leuk geweest zijn.Stefania dankje voor een goed verblijf en alle hulp.'

'Het huis was perfect. Schoon, netjes, alles aanwezig. Adembenemend uitzicht. Zwembad voor de kinderen was perfect! De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk. Ik zou het zeker nog een keer boeken. Treinverbinding naar Rome is ca. 50 minuten, inclusief auto naar montobello station en vandaar de treinreis. Bedankt voor alles Gherardo!'

"Excellent location just off the highway. I think a bit overpriced for the 3 stars. Breakfast was a mess they were out if products already at 10pm. One of the receptionist then quickly filled up simple things like bitter and cheese. Rooms were fine, very basic but I didn't expect much more actually. Good air-conditioning which I didn't get to see at our next hotel. "
