This property is newly renovated and rustic modern. We are located in a ski in / Ski out community Camelback village. . We have 3 bedrooms. Be one of the first to stay at this fun house at Camelback. We have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.we are next door to cabin 6 which we also own and just finished if you want2 cabins together

The unit was awesome. Very nice with room for us all (and we rented the unit next door too) for a family holiday weekend. Lots of fun with the shuffleboard and the kids were able to easily hook up their Switch to the tv to play games. Would give the unit itself 5 stars. It was icy and snowing and the management group didn't do a great job of salting and clearing the stairs which did result in a few slips but no injuries.We did use the indoor tennis courts and pool and the kids had a blast. Meanwhile Camelback skiing (NOT A PART OF THIS RENTAL!) was a disaster with their internet down and unable to print tickets to ski for two hours. Worst system ever! Kids did enjoy it, and the snow tubing, when they got on the mountain. The indoor water park (again not affiliated with the rental) was a huge hit for the kids.This was advertised as a ski in/ski out rental. It is not.What was lacking in both units was extra toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap (a brillo pad would have been nice too) We went an bought these items and we left for the next renters. On our last morning, all the water was shut off in the building for some unknown reason which made flushing toilets an issue with 9 people. Management company was called but they weren't open. No call back but the water fortunately came back on in a half hour which allowed us to clean up and run the dishwasher before we left.So the unit itself is a 5 but because of the supplies, I had to give it a 4 overall.

Was really good stay, family enjoy the snow tubing, pool and Netflix.I like it but I have observed few little things I did not tell the host because I did not want to use my cell during the stay.*First, the towels smells bad after you dry hands that means they are not been wash with detergent and that smell stays like been dried from pool water few times, not clean towels they look but they are just not washed properly * There is a small carpet at the entrance door that need to be replaced is not laying flat on the floor and someone may trip and fall, and all the carpets including the bathrooms and the beautiful one in the living room need a deep clean, the bathroom carpets get shower water and dry on its own.The kitchen I like everything but to cook for 10 people to stay over 2-3 days it needsA larger baking dishes to bake a full Chicken.The mugs are giant strawberry collection Great for Hot coco, the kids enjoy it.Please add more kitchen towels and soap**be advise that ground level is like 20 stairs down in like hill. The upstairs level is ground level no stairs and there is no handicap ramp or elevator make sure you ask your host before you get there (I did not ask until the day before, it was late to change, I had to go down the stairs after 3 day I had a knee procedure and cary my 4 years old boy with DS that do not know how to use stairs yet, make sure you arrange or ask before booking.*the walls are stained but is normal on a cabinHost the best. Thanks

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is the second time we have stayed in the same complex, and I will say this particular unit was much nicer than the first place we stayed at. My only complaints were that the indoor pool was unheated and much too cold, the sauna was malfunctioning and the blinds in one of the bedrooms were damaged and unable to be used to provide any privacy. I imagine the blinds have been fixed by now though.

The house was just like the pictures and the scenery was absolutely beautiful, deer would just hang around our balcony in the morning. The unit was very easy to find, clean, and spacious. There is also so much to do in the area. The casino nearby was 10/10 and peddlers village another 10. Overall it was a wonderful experience and a must stay :).

Our stay was amazing. We absolutely loved this property. Our first time booking a place in the poconos. Our children didn’t want to leave. Clean, close to big pocono state park and buskhkill falls. We hiked them both. Highly recommend checking them out! We checked out Barley Creek Brewery and they had great food and a place for the family to play different games and activities. The deer are amazing! They are so domesticated and just stand there when you talk to them. My kids absolutely loved this

Beautiful re-done townhouse. Exactly as described on VRBO. Responsive host. Great AC! So close to camelback attractions. We all felt very comfortable for our family summer weekend get together. Only inconvenience-No ice maker or ice trays available so buying a bag of ice is helpful. And Grill had no propane in tank but host offered to reimburse us if we exchanged the tank.

Short and Sweet

First, I will say that the homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. I would rent from them again. The shuffleboard was a HUGE bonus for us, and we had a lot of fun playing. The house itself was good, but it was definitely not a normal house. There were a lot of steps to the unit, which made unpacking and packing tough. There is no bathroom on the main floor, so stair climbing is necessary. This is where we struggled with our 3-year-old grandchild and a very active 18-month-old grandchild. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked great! However, the bedrooms had zero storage for clothes and belongings, which was a challenge. A simple shelf or cabinet, or even hooks in the bathroom or bedroom, would have been appreciated when trying to get organized. The biggest complaint for all adult family members is the lack of shelving in the showers. There was nowhere to put soap or other showering toiletries.

Weekend getaway!

Had a great time at the house. The place was extremely clean and spacious for me and 5 others and one dog. We played shuffleboard all night and really enjoyed all the amenities like the big indoor pool/indoor sports center. It had everything so you don’t need to bring anything besides a towel. Located close to a supermarket as well and wish we booked when Camel Beach was open so we could go there after.

Wonderful Stay- Clean and Convenient!

Our entire family had a fantastic time at this property! The home was clean and well maintained, making it comfortable and relaxing. The location is perfect— just minutes from the waterpark, outlet shopping and Big Pocono State Park. It was the ideal location if you have children and are traveling with family. Host was VERY responsive! We would highly recommend!

Great location

The cabin was in a great location. 10mins from the outlet and grocery store. Only mins walk to the slopes which was fantastic, especially with little ones. Or a 3 min drive to the pickup area. Cabin had a face lift so that was nice. Overall clean and the furniture, including beds, weren’t run down. Great to be able to control heat in every room. The biggest complaints are: kitchen isn’t stocked with much to cook with, dishwasher needs to be bolted down, and it would be nice to have an area to put/hang all the snowboard gear (snowboards, boots, wet clothes, etc). The owners are super responsive.

This place was perfect for our family including 4 college aged kids who love to ski. Close to slopes, 3 full bathrooms, very clean & comfortable, and the community center was great too! We loved being able to take the dog so he could get plenty of cuddles from the kids when they weren’t skiing!

Loved the property, the only drawback is that it’s not very disability friendly. But we made it work. The hosts put up a lovely tree for us for Christmas upon requests and Ann who stays on the property was extremely helpful and communicative as well. My family and I enjoyed our stay .

Great place, very clean and updated tastefully. It's smaller than the pictures make it look, but plenty of room for a family of 5. The layout is smart and the shuffleboard was a nice touch!My only suggestions would be to add some toys and games for kids as there was almost nothing there. Also, the kitchen was a bit bare, could use some ice cube trays (none), non-glass kitchenware for kids and more cooking utensils.Great place, highly recommend!

QUICK GET AWAY

We had a wonderful time and found there was more than enough space for six adults! Although our stay was short, it provided exactly what the family needed. I would like to mention, however, that customers with limited walking mobility should be aware that there are stairs leading down to enter the property and to access the bedrooms, which are located both downstairs and upstairs. The host was exceptionally gracious, promptly addressing any questions we had during our stay. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and support!

Girls Weekend

My older sister is getting married so her daughter, our sister and our mom went for the weekend getaway. Had a blast. Enjoyed the shuffleboard. Issues we had: Refrigerator wasn’t cold and neither was freezer. Called on Sunday and owner offered us another unit. Didn’t realize through booking that unit was down a batch or steps. My mother is 86 and that was a lot for her.
