Come and stay in our Tampa Cottage...
Our cottage has four bedrooms, located in North Tampa, within easy reach of both I-275 and the Veterans expressway.
You will feel like you are in the country when really, you are in Tampa, close to everything including the beaches, Busch Gardens, our Aquarium, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, Museum of Science and Industry, Disney, Epcot, the space coast and so much more! The Convention center and Downtown is 20 minutes (13 miles) away, Bush Gardens, Moffitt and USF are 6 - 7 miles away.
Your dogs will love running leash free in the private neighborhood while your kids play on the playground under the oaks....and you can listen to your home radio station through Alexa....or just ask her about the news and weather.
You will enjoy the close by, state of the art Publix grocery store (two of them) within two miles.
Your partner will like being able to reach many many restaurants in double quick time in any direction especially on Dale Mabry Hwy only two miles away.....
Hopping on the Veterans Expressway is a quick route to reach Tampa International Airport, only 25 minutes away, great when you need to ditch a relation in a hurry!
When your hips are cranky, and you need to walk, you will be pleased that there is a great set of quiet streets to walk on within a few hundred feet of the cottage.. our Tampa Cottage manual will show you the way!
When inside, you can revel in the lounge, cooled by the AC and fans while you watch Netflix on the 50 inch TV. You can fire up YouTube or cast whatever is on your laptop to the smart TV while surfing the high speed internet that our cottage enjoys.

Our Tampa Cottage sleeps seven among a King size bed in the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a second king bed bedroom and three twin beds between two bedrooms for the kid/parent/friend components!
If you are the out-doors type, you can sip wine on the patio while the significant other grills some juicy steaks on the stainless steel grill...not to say that the veggie burger is not lined up next to it, but you can work that out, can you?
If you stay for a while, enjoy the two car garage to drive into, and a washer and dryer to clean your laundry, or your guests laundry, or their guests laundry!
The spacious kitchen has a chopping block island and great spot lights so you can act like you are a gourmet chef, complete with a wine rack (bring wine!) and cork screw......while the family plays a board game on the kitchen table, or at the dining room table which accommodates six....
You will love your stay at our cottage, and by the time you leave, you will realize that you are LOVING it!
The cottage is fully equipped, just bring your clothes, food and toiletries for a great stay of any length!
You will want to bring kleenex with you, because your being will tell you not to leave, please stay here, live here, this is home, but at the end of your trip, your mind will tell you to go......so wipe away the tears, and bid a fond farewell to your Tampa Cottage, it's high speed internet, and all of it's fabulous comforts, and go, go home while promising to come back as soon as you can!

Nice house in quiet neighbourhood
We enjoyed our stay in Lutz, the house was comfortable and Jonathan was a gracious and helpful host, making some great suggestions for places to visit. The house is set back from the road on a quiet plot, which we all found relaxing.

Great Spring Trip/Cut Short
We checked into Tampa Cottage for a 39 day stay. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. It took only a short time for us to feel at home. On our first day there, Jonathan personally checked on us, offering assistance if needed. The location was perfect for baseball games, beaches, fishing excursions and good restaurants and sport bars. It offered plenty of space for friends and relatives scheduled in intermittently. Jonathan lent a hand a couple of times with minor needs. After the first three weeks, the covid19 pandemic put a halt to baseball,beaches and dining out. A deck with a very nice grill and a table for 7, gave us a great place to sit outside, read, exchange hoots with a pair of owls, as well as watch other birds, and enjoy nature and happy hour. Numerous books and access to many movies helped during the night hours. When it was recommended that we not even visit family, we reluctantly decided to return home a few days early. When Jonathan learned that one of the hotels we were scheduled into had closed, he graciously offered to help us find lodging. Tampa Cottage and Jonathan helped us make the best of an imperfect vacation.

So many great amenities! I would stay here again. Great floor plan, huge kitchen, water softener and purification system just to name a few. Property is lovely and very well kept. Good walking area around the corner. Great horned owl, crested flycatchers, and lots of birds were fun to watch. Jonathan couldn’t have been more accommodating- great host! Central location to everything. About a half hour to Tarpon Springs, the Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Wiregrass and Outlet shopping. Fabulous place.

Very nice house!. Quiet, private in a nice natural setting . Not far from Carrollwood in N. Tampa.

Wonderful location!
We enjoyed our stay at the Tampa Cottage! The short drive to USF made it the perfect place to stay for our son's graduation weekend. The spacious great room and kitchen were perfect to visit and celebrate with family. The cottage was not far from the airport and also not far from some great restaurants and attractions. Jonathan was very kind and accommodating.

Perfect Stay
This was our second stay at the Tampa Cottage. It was the perfect spot to stay and catch up with family. Very close to dining and shopping. Clean & well maintained home!

Great location to get to just about anywhere in Tampa area.
This rental was perfect for our stay. You cannot ask for a better location to get to downtown Tampa or anywhere in the area. It is so close to connecting highways! The proximity to shopping & restaurants without having to go downtown was nice too.
The home was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone to share without being on top of each other. It was extremely hot during our stay, but we were nice and cool inside! The use of the garage was helpful when coming back to the rental in a downpour.
Jonathan was very responsive when needs arose. The manual he made for places of interest/restaurants was very helpful.
If I needed to stay in the Tampa area, but didn't need to be close the the hustle/bustle of downtown, I would definitely stay there again.

Awesome!
Jonathan responded promptly from the minute we set up reservation. He also made sure we were adequately accommodated during our stay. This house is large and very clean and comfortable, it was perfect! Highly recommend!

Great Location, quiet and peaceful.
This property is in a wonderful location. The outdoor patio is peaceful, quiet and great place to relax. Jonathan was a great host. He showed us his honey bee farm. Had a great time.
