The space
This is uniquely larger room inside our Guesthouse Apartment. There is a TV and reading chair if you never wanted to see your flat mates. The room a decent sized closet to fit luggage, boots and clothes. A large stand up dresser is provided. There is a desk in the commons area with space to bring your own set up as well. This space is separate from the living room.

The bathroom has a stand up shower with a pull down shower handle. There is plenty of storage and bins provided to keep the bathroom private and tidy while sharing it with your room mate. This bathroom also has a bit of style we enjoy.

The living room can fit about four people on the couch watching a large tv. There is a table in the living room to play cards and enjoy food.

The kitchen is really adorable. Its small and functional giving a sort of European feel. We love to crack the blinds or fully open them to enjoy the sunshine and green treetops. The windows are covered in a film in the living room area that keeps the space cooler and give total privacy form the outside. We lovvve this.

The very best feature is our mattress toppers. You will feel like sleeping in a heavenly coziness. You wont feel like you’re in Tampa. Comfortable beds are a priority.

Last but not least, we have a private outdoor space at the foot of the stairs leading to the front door. This property has three separate, private units and they all have a private outdoor space. This listing, the upstairs unit, has some grass and a cozy sand pit. The right long term guest could make this area so lovely.

We also would love for you to enjoy our covered outdoor living room with two fire pits. This area is shared and friendly.

Enjoy first come first serve drive way or street parking on grass is okay.

The listing is behind the main structure, THROUGH a side gate, UPSTAIRS.
Other things to note
All guests must walk their dog and pick up waste. Pets must be secured when away. There is an additional charge for excessive odor or dog waste or damage due to pets. This fee starts at $150 for two hours of extra cleaning. Cleaners in Tampa are costly.
