Welcome to your home away from home! This listing includes one of three similar private units in the same building, each just steps apart with free parking. Layouts and décor may vary slightly, but every unit offers an equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable beds, a crib, and thoughtful amenities. Minutes from Hyde Park, Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Blvd, Water Street, Armature Works, dining, shopping, and entertainment.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins & Late Checkout
Early check-ins and late checkouts are not guaranteed. You must request approval before our standard check-in/checkout time. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge of $40.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Fobs/Parking Passes/Fan & TV Remotes
Please leave them in the unit before checking out.

• Parties & Smoking
Parties, excessive noise, smoking are not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur a additional charge.

• Amenities
We provide a starter supply of essential amenities (such as toiletries and paper products). Guests staying for extended periods are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.

• Maintenance
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs. Please be patient, as non-emergency requests may take time.
