Welcome to Matapalo 101. This is a beautiful end-unit condo, located poolside and ground level, with multiple terraces and plenty of outdoor seating. It is professionally decorated with all high-end furnishings. This condo is located within the Diria Resort--the only Beachfront Resort in Tamarindo. Within the Diria Resort there are two different common areas, one for condo guests and the second one for hotel guests only. As a guest of the condo, you have access to the 10,000 square foot free-form pool right in front of the condo only, where you can enjoy access to the Tamarindo beach through the Diria Resort property, including access to Diria shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is not included in the rate but is available for an additional cost subject to availability.



The rest of the hotel amenities such as towels, Tropicana pool, lounge chairs and gym are only available for hotel guests. We provide pool and beach towels and foldable chairs specifically for your use within the condo area. completely free of charge, ensuring that you have everything you need right in your condo. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 Bathrooms, and over 2100 SF of living area, there is plenty of room for your group to spread out and relax. Spacious living and dining areas. Flat-screen TVs are located in all bedrooms as well as in the family room. There is cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central A/C. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have their own private full bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd guest bedroom with a king bed and the 3rd guest bedroom has two full-size beds to sleep 6-8 comfortably. The bathroom in the main room has a bathtub.Inside utility room with washer and dryer. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



The kitchen features custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The property has an in-room safe as well as 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.



As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is FULLY stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!!!

Resort Access: To use the resort facilities, each guest aged 12 and older is required to wear a bracelet. A few days prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests, as well as the full name and a passport photo of each guest. This information allows the team to coordinate the bracelets in advance and have them ready in the condo on the day of arrival.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire unit, except for any locked owners closets.



The Neighborhood:

Tamarindo is a world class surfing and beach town with over 50 restaurants, services and more! In addition to being a wonderful town itself, Tamarindo has a myriad of wonderful beaches nearby and day trips you can partake in that are right in town and just out of town.



Getting Around:

As Tamarindo is a true 'walking town', a car is completely optional. We do offer taxi services as well as rental cars, golf cart rentals and bike rentals if you want to get around in town or explore out of town.

Maid service is not included, but can be added for $37 per day.
