This luxury 2BR, 2.5 Bath condo features spacious rooms, large eat in kitchen that seats 6, a private balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and gazebo w/ outdoor seating and dining. Air conditioned, indoor space professionally decorated. Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this central location. Two minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of Tamarindo shops and restaurants. The perfect location!

King in the Master with walk in closet and full bath. Queen and twin bed in guest room which also has walk in close and full bath. Laundry room. Full kitchen with rare to Costa Rica dishwasher! Table that seats 6. Spacious living room and large balcony with seating overlooking the pool and table for two for outdoor dining.

Guests have access to the pool, grounds and underground parking. The parking garage are and front gate always have the same code. We also have the choice of stairs or elevators to access our unit.

We have a management team that lives in the area available to guests as well as I am available through text messaging.

Casa Zen is located in the heart of Tamarindo directly behind El Mercadito (the most amazing open air food court) and surrounded by shopping, restaurants and other hotels and condos including the world renowned Diria hotel and casino.

There is no need for a car when staying at this property as anything you could need is right around the corner. However, if you are coming with a vehicle there is a large parking lot between the condo and El Mercadito which is free, street parking that is also free and with prior approval there is one dedicated parking space inside the underground garage.

We are right behind El Mercadito and across the street from the Diria so walkable to anything and everything Tamarindo has to offer!
Welcome to Casa Zen! We hope you enjoy our condo but are also mindful of keeping it beautiful for your stay as well as future guests. Please no smoking on the property. Our condos are quiet and peaceful so keep the parties in town and be mindful of those who may be sleeping after 10pm.

We are in a climate that attracts lots of creepy crawly friends so please keep food in the kitchen and be mindful of keeping the counters free of standing food and excess crumbs.

Finally, this lovely country is all about conservation and as such, their septic systems are incredibly delicate. Please remember no paper (including toilet paper) in the toilets. That`s right, toilet paper goes in the trashcans only. We have provided receptacles with bags and lids for your convenience.
