'Prima hotel al zou ik nooit meer deze keten kiezen. Naast alle andere hotels die wij kozen was deze de mindere. Het personeel was kortaf en niet spontaan. Valt meteen op in het overdreven vriendelijke Amerika. '

'Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!'

'I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

'The front desk smelled like pot as soon as we walked in and in the hallways. Not clean in front area. Our bathroom door you couldn't close without forcing to close because of the kitchen counter in the way. Lamp on one side on/off button lose so had to keep off. Older hotel.'

'Ac was broken, did not stay, couldn't get a refund. No bulbs in night stands. Some lights didn't work.'

'Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The whole hotel stinks of mildew and body odor. Was almost hit in the parking lot twice. Elevator falling apart with cardboard walls and moving blankets nailed up. Extended my stay for the same room and staff wanted me to move out at 11 to check back in at 3 for no explainable reason. Please save yourself the trouble.'

'Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular.'

'Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for what was supplied. What I didn't like was that fact that we came back to our room on our last night to find the door ajar. Cleaning supplies were left on the bathroom sink area. Totally felt this was quite concerning. Seemed like person doing the cleaning seem to leave in a hurry and did not finish her/his job thus leaving the door ajar. Rather displeased by this issue. Reported to front desk and'

'The location of the hotel allowed us to walk everywhere in downtown St. Paul. Our room was unique and had views of two beautiful churches, the light rail and also the state capital. The breakfast was a thoughtful arrangement of foods including soy milk which delighted me! The downstairs bar was a nice spot to sit and relax with friends. The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to come back!!'

'We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.'
