'The living space lobby, elevator, hallway and room are well maintained Staffs are polite and helpful. Hallway and elevator temperate are kind of warm (not hot) Way to and the Gym area are not used often hence they seem not well kept.'

'Mooie kamer. '

'New location. Nice clean room. Very high sense of service. Staff goes the extra mile and take care of details. Nice location at Japanese quarter'

'Great for a one night stay and walkable to the airport'

'Nice rooms with views of the river with great rooftop bar (pool, although we didn’t use) and delicious breakfast'

'Exceptional Staff: the service deserves 5 stars, but I have mixed feelings about my stay. The Pros: The Staff: The late-night check-in team: a younger gentleman and an older gentleman were incredibly kind and helpful after a long journey. The all-female daytime staff over the next few days were equally delightful, pleasant, and eager to assist. A special shoutout to the young woman who went above and beyond especially with assisting with my luggage and Grab ride! I took her picture but it is in...

'All of the employees who work there are really helpful, kind, speak good English, are willing to help you with anything. I booked a room for 3 nights and I had a wonderful time. Breakfast for me personally was good food. Dear friends of Thánh Long Hotel, thank you so much for everything'

'The room was more than serviceable. I am not such a fan of a pedestal bed, but that’s what they do, the breakfast was top notch and the ability to grab a cold water or a beer anytime you like is great. And the laundry worked wonderfully. The only things I would work on was the water getting hot, not such a bad thing n this climate and isolating the smokers at breakfast. It seems a smoking quarter away from the eating and the ash trays would be good'

'It was very nice staying here. However, I was disappointed that my bed sheets were not changed often. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, they are usually replaced every two days. I stayed here for five nights, and they were not changed at all. The bath mat was just folded neatly instead of being replaced with a clean one. The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful.'
