The location of this house is wonderful. You are close to downtown without the noise. It was like living out in the country. The house was mostly clean but the floors were very dirty. I didn't have a mop or I would have given it a complete clean. The yard needs some major care. Things are really overgrown. My poor pup fell into an old koi ponds that was full of weeds, moss and filthy water. We had to bath her twice to get the smell out. I did contact Matt and he said he would address the issue. Some cleaning around the back yard would really improve the grounds. The beds were comfortable. We had what we needed to cook our meal. The Gas Grill was surprising clean because this is a major issue we have at all other rentals. The pool is excellent, but we were only able to use it one time due to a cold front came in a day early. They had plenty of pool towels which is not the rule at other places we stayed at which is also a BONUS. They have gazebo on the property that was so nice! The lights surrounding the gazebo was a bonus. We enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. The birds were awesome. So many cardinals. I wish they had a bird feeder. We loved the squirrels as well. We walked every night in the neighborhood, and it was fantastic. The pup really liked it. Plenty of light on the street and no traffic. I thank Matt for answering all questions very promptly.
