Tala Hilltop Penthouse - 360 Seaview

The two-bedroom penthouse is spacious, light and located close to the old square, perched high above the traditional village of Tala. On the large terrace facing east, south and west you can enjoy spectacular views across the Mediterranean Sea. It is a quiet location away from the crowds, yet only a 10 minute drive from Paphos, Coral Bay, the beaches and many cultural and archaeological sites. You can also relax at our beautiful pool.

The space
Through two double sliding doors, the lounge leads onto our private terrace. The terrace is 100 square meters with a large dining table, 2 sunbeds, and a breakfast corner all overlooking the swimming pool with spectacular 360-degree views. The layout ensures all day sun and two pergolas provide ample shade.
From our terrace you can see cruise ships passing by, boats and even parasailers gliding across the clear blue sea! Did we mention the spectacular sunsets?
The lounge area has two large sofas for your convenience and relaxation. The fully fitted kitchen has an open plan aspect to the lounge/dinner separated by a breakfast-bar. The penthouse caters to four guests and an additional bed and/or highchair can be provided for a child upon request. It has one master bedroom with double sliding doors leading onto the terrace with unrestricted panoramic view across the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom (with shower). The second bedroom has one comfortable 2-person sleeper sofa (1.60 Mtr wide), a safe deposit box, Smart TV, large fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom (with bathtub and shower).
All rooms have independent air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment and terrace. Ideal for families and couples who like that bit of extra space.

Guest access
Car parking spaces are available. The building has an elevator providing easy access to the apartment. You have full access to our communal swimming pool and sunbeds are available.

Interaction with the guests
The first morning after the day of arrival your host will personally welcome and greet you and familiarize you with the facilities. A complementary welcome pack is provided for you at arrival.
There will be a 24/7 on-call service in case of emergencies.

Other things to note
Paphos has something for everyone. It has the 'old' town with its markets and traditional lifestyle, right through to the modern shopping malls with contemporary restaurants. The beaches are excellent and ideal for relaxing and water sporting. All of this just 10 minutes away by car.
Paphos has been named the European Capital of Culture 2017. Many incredible world heritage archaeological sites are right on your doorstep, immersing you in thousands of years of history. You might also like to drive to the Akamas National Park (only 20 minutes by car) to visit the turtle nesting beaches and the renowned Lara Bay Turtle Conservation Station, a world away!

The neighborhood
Tala village square is a mere 150 meters walking downhill. There you will find a number of our favorite taverns. A small supermarket is 1 Km on the road to Paphos. Big supermarkets (e.g Lidl, Carrefour) are 10 minutes drive into Paphos. The nearest beach is 10 minutes drive towards Coral Bay.

In order to easily explore the nearby hot spots we recommend you to rent a car during your stay.
