Fresh linens, towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.

Conveniently located just minutes from Downtown Auburn, Auburn Station, Highway 18, SR-167, and I-5, you`ll have easy access to restaurants, shopping, parks, and local attractions throughout the Seattle-Tacoma area.

Please note that this is a **stationary RV parked beside our property**, not at a campground or RV park. It offers a simple, cozy place to stay and a chance to experience RV living. Because the property is located near a main road, you should expect some traffic noise during the day and evening. As with most RVs, the space is compact and designed for functionality rather than luxury. If you`re looking for a unique, budget-friendly stay with modern essentials and a convenient location, our RV is a great choice.

The RV remains parked throughout your visit and is **not available to drive or tow**.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
* The RV is stationary and may not be driven or towed.
* Registered guests only. Visitors require prior approval.
* Please wash dishes and dispose of trash before checkout.
* Lock the RV whenever you leave.
* Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly.
* Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
