Villa Fanny is a bright one-story villa surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Fanny you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Fanny is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, private patios, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Siracusa, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a number of restaurants and a grocery store at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles) and the Priolo beach at 10.5 km (roughly 6.5 miles). You will reach Villa Fanny from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Fanny you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Fanny is along a narrow road.

Villa Fanny is composed by three cottages, one beside the other, with patios in between. You will rent the three cottages as one property.


The landlords live on site, in a nearby villa, and will be discreetly available whenever you need.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 16 meters (52 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. It is an infinity pool. The area is equipped with chairs, two sun umbrellas, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs, and it is partly shaded by palms. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the garden. The pool is open all year round.
Patio 1
The first patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. On the patio you will find a brickwork barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Garden
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It is equipped with a gazebo.
First CottagePatio 2
The second patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. It is equipped with armchairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Living Room 1
The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the second patio and the garden through two French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
