The villa is just a 5-minute drive from the crystal-clear sea of ​​the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, a protected area that includes the famous resorts of Punta della Mola, Pillirina, Punta del Pero, and Spiaggia del Minareto. Furthermore, the villa is strategically located for easy access to Sicily's main baroque cities: Noto, Ragusa, Ragusa Ibla, and Modica, all less than a half-hour drive away. Catania is 50 km (about an hour) away, while Taormina is 70 km away. A car is recommended to easily explore the island and its wonders.
The villa comprises two double bedrooms (with air conditioning), a single bedroom with a bunk bed (without air conditioning, but well-cooled by the adjacent rooms), and a spacious 50 square meter living room with a fireplace. It sleeps four people. The villa has two full bathrooms with showers: one en suite, serving the house, and the other outdoor, convenient and practical for use while staying by the pool or in the garden.
